I’m not sorry and not going to sugarcoat for anyone. This place smelled of cigarettes, the wall had a hole in it, the shower had hair in it , & the water pressure was not good. I booked this stay for my son and I to bring in the new year with family that stays I. The area and I not happy about it at all. Will not book this hotel again. The room was non smoking and seemed like it was smoked in recently

Rooms were not clean at all. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time because the floor was extremely dirty. So many stuff was left behind from the previous guests.

Was quoted a queen bed, but the room had a full. This was definitely problematic, given I was in town for a surgical procedure and was not comfortable at all. There is a door that is left propped open and is a constant source of noise. People were coming and going through that door all night. But it is per friendly.

This place was a fraud. When we tried to check in, they told us that they tried to contact us to tell us that our room was not available hours before we got there but there was no contact number. This was a lie. They blamed us for booking through Expedia instead of direct with them. We spent hours trying to get another hotel far away. By the time the Expedia contacted the hotel, the manager stated that we declined the room. Another lie! The halls smell of pee , the suites come with no cups , pots , pans , nor silverware . The front desk lady made it clear they don’t do housekeeping & I had to pay for my room after already paying through Expedia .

It’s ran down , unsafe and not clean. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk for long period of time.
