The property outside is okay but the room was dirty; there was no toilet paper in the room. When I asked for some they told me I had to come get it from the front desk. The fixtures were tore up; also I checked out early and when I called about my refund they told me I hadn’t been properly checked out

Terrible experience I have never been in a hotel that’s charging 100 dollars a night or more and been in these type of conditions. I wish that I could also have the recking smell in evidence as well… it was so bad my family and I slept in the car. When telling the front desk attendant she had no interest in why I wanted a refund, that I booked for 5 days. This was a horrible experience, that I hope no one has to face, especially with your family and children. Hotel.com should not have this hotel on the list.

There police were there every day for something. They charge you for towels. You have to pay for any things you think would come with the room like dishes. There is no pool. It said breakfast included no breakfast. The lobby staff doesn't show up until 10 or ll am. Also the room had roaches ugh!!!

Bad check in Reception not open. Had to find another employee to call someone to come check us in. Waited over 30 minutes before someone came. Not friendly nor did they apologize. I did thank the person who first helped me and she was very kind.

The main door was propped open not safe. Key disarmed had to call customer service and wait 30 munutes to be let in room at 1:30am
