Unnerving the crime that can occur for the area. Facility is old not well kept. People gathering around outside and knocking at your door at late hours. But for extended stays unfortunately it’s the norm.

Room was booked for 3 people. Only had bedding for 2. Opened up the sofa bed to a horrible stain, either feces or blood. Made do for the night, talked to the manager next morning, treated rudely and told to come back in an hour for bedding. Last, not least, booked this place for the pool, gave up breakfast for it. Pools covered and not going to be repaired. Horrible motel, however Expedia did make it right

Rude personnel, I had a suite and only 2 towels, I went to front desk for towels and they refused to give me more, 2 towels for 5 people is totally unacceptable, dirty place, smells like mold, needs a total remodeling. Will never stay here or recommend it to nobody.

The room was dirty with hair all over the floor

The room had not been properly cleaned. There was am extreme amount of hair on the floor ... bathroom.. living and bedroom area. I don't know if there had previously been a dog in the room but it was quite disgusting

Not good. Stay elsewhere. Room that was booked and paid for was not available. Hotel front desk blamed hotels.com for the problem. Made little attempt to fix the issue. We ended up craming 5 people in a room intended for 3. Asked for an extra blanket (since one of our party was sleeping on an air mattress that I had to go purchase) and was told they didn’t have any. Not good.
