Should be call motel!! We walked and immediately were hesitant but wanted to give it a try. We checked the room and it was filthy. They refunded our money and we had to look for another hotel. Horrible experience.

I arrived after 12am I waited 15 min before any staff came to the door. The staff was very rude. I wouldn’t tell my friends or family to stay there

Very poor hotel The phone was not working. When i need staff eg. extra towel i have to go down stairs to get towel and others. The receptions not polite.I will not recommended to stay in that hotel. very poor......

My room was not clean Had to change rooms three times

Very old and the opposite of pictures and advertising

All of the sheets were stained, had food crumbs, and burnt sheets. When we asked for additional pillows and linens they said there weren't any available. We were travelling with 3 people and they only allowed us 2 towels per room. They also didn't provide us with any cooking or eating utensils. The toilet would not flush.

The Worst Experience Possible The lady that checked me in was immediately rude as soon as I walked in the lobby. She never once smiled or said anything polite to welcome us as customers. She gave my teenagers attitude the entire evening. I was denied bedding for our pull out couches in the two rooms we rented. I was told over the phone while making the reservations that we would be provided bedding for them. She threatened to call the cops on my teenagers because they walked down stairs without a shirt on. Disappointed The first night the fire alarm was activated, the second night there was a drunk lady in the hallway banging on the door adjacent to mines
