If I could rate this -0 I would. The hotel staff has no personality unless they are being sarcastic. The rooms smell, the kitchen is outdated with no utensils whatsoever. There is no room service. If you need a fresh towel you must take back the one in your room. If you need a fork you must wait 3-5 minutes before someone come to the front desk to get it out of another room. There was nothing unique about the property except that the area it was in seemed to be cooperate businesses and apartment high rises. I saw people walking to work which meant that there was no traffic in the mornings. Which was GREAT!!! The room was supposed to be non smoking but I could tell that people had been smoking in it and it had a loud smell of some kind of spray that they used to try to mask the order which made it next to impossible for me to breath ( I should have asked for another room). I walk into my room and head to the restroom to shower. The towels were not on the towel rack but on the back of the toilet. I get into the shower and it wasn't clean. I get out of the shower and dry off then go to my bed and take of the covers. The covers were wrinkled and their was someones hair on the sheets. They clearly looked like they weren't replaced. Should be call motel!! We walked and immediately were hesitant but wanted to give it a try. We checked the room and it was filthy. They refunded our money and we had to look for another hotel. Horrible experience.

I arrived after 12am I waited 15 min before any staff came to the door. The staff was very rude. I wouldn’t tell my friends or family to stay there
