Gross There were roaches. Not one trash can in the room. Then there were stains on couch and two of the cabinets were cracked.

There were mold in the shower and on the toilet paper holder. There was a really bad smell in the room. The “fitness center” had three machines. A stationary bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill. The elliptical monitor was not secure and nearly fell off when I was on it. Rather than call it a “fitness center”, it should be called a cardio room and not trick patrons into thinking there might be weights. Thr customer service was terrible, the room given was without a towel supplies and bathroom supplies, it was really dissatisfying staying in this hotel

Dirty. Pulled out the pull out bed and a bullet fell on to the floor. Bath floor looks like it hasn't been clean in weeks.

The receptionist wasn’t aware of the crowd waiting . She gave me a room that was already given to another customer . It was a shock to see that . The room given after that was not on the floor we wanted but took it . Upon entering the room was filthy and poorly kept . The sofa bed was dirty and run down . We also didn’t feel safe especially because the receptionist Shameeka had no clue on how to run the system . The hotel was fully booked and had ZERO pillows to give us for the pull out couch even though I had booked a room for 4 adults. Had to call the Extended Stay next door and even they only had ONE. We were only given one tiny bottle of shampoo and one bar of facial soap for 4 adults... Not going to work. Then in the morning we found a used tissue in the corner underneath the pull out couch and a few bugs in the bed....
