Positive-property in a good location. Negative-This property needs to be Updated and cleaned throughout! The office lobby picture is a welcome mat stating "Welcome." The picture of the mat is better than the mats at the two entry exit doors to the lobby, worn, dusty, dated they should have just put the picture of the welcome mat on the floors. I made a hotel reservation through Expedia. I got to the hotel at around 2:40 am, and I didn't get into my room until almost 4:00 am. There was an obvious miscommunication with Expedia system and the hotel system. My reservation was nowhere to be found in the hotel's system. It took over one hour to rectify this situation. Not what we expected The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was not the best. The front desk area was less than appealing. The breakfast was only coffee and prepackaged muffins and granola bars. The room was rather large, but the kitchen has nothing in it. You have to request it, which was convenient for us since we got there late and wanted to heat up our breakfast the next day. that’s when we found out there was nothing in the kitchen and by then we didn’t have time to request anything. Dirty don’t book Dirty room, bed had hair and black stuff all in it in between the sheets, bug in bathroom floor, people hanging out front of hotel

Not worth Rooms were not clean.. I requested for accessible bathroom and that request didn’t get fulfilled. There were no extra bedsheets .. sofa bed was not clean and we asked for rollaway bed and they didn’t provided that. Phone was not working in our room and when we enter there were clothes from someone’s in our room.

When we first got here we didn’t know that we couldn’t pay with Cash after 7.. It was bugs in the room. The worker got mad bc it wasn’t her job. They ran out of clean Rags and Towels and NEVER came to clean the rooms thru out door..

Unimpressive extended stay Not impressed with the condition or amenities of the hotel. Reception was friendly, but the room is not initially equipped with anything. We didnt have enough towels or bedding for the group. Floors were rather dirty, though the bathroom was cleaned. The kitchenette was unequipped, and really showing is age.
