I don't like anything over there. Because my RESERVED room they failure to provide me. And room conditions is very rough. Very low quality bedsheets, pillowcase. And breakfast forget about that, it was very low types item. Without siting areas.

WORST ESA in Atl This location was horrible from beginning to end. All of the staff were rude and disrespectful. They had no sense of direction or idea of what their job calls for. The “manager” talks to customers like they are lesser beings than himself. The night time woman who washes laundry is out right piece of work. She cursed and spoke very disrespectful to my employees who happen to work third shift. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Go next door

Gross There were roaches. Not one trash can in the room. Then there were stains on couch and two of the cabinets were cracked.

There were mold in the shower and on the toilet paper holder. There was a really bad smell in the room. The “fitness center” had three machines. A stationary bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill. The elliptical monitor was not secure and nearly fell off when I was on it. Rather than call it a “fitness center”, it should be called a cardio room and not trick patrons into thinking there might be weights.
