no Cleanliness, bad odour. I don't recommend for stay.

Terrible Horrifying experience with mold in the bathrooms, bedbugs and roaches crawling in the room

Bugs Bugs in the bathroom. Kids saw them about 5:30 am. No one was at the front desk so we just left. Hotels.com got a hold to the GM about 9 and he only wanted to send maintenance and wouldn’t compensate us for the stay at all.

Stock up Lacked towels in the room.

The person checking me in was pleasant. I arrived late and would be departing early. I was disappointed to see there is no coffee in room. There also was no blow-dryer. Coffee is not a given. I certainly expected the room to be equiped with a blow-dryer.

it took a long time to check in. No coffee maker in the room. My room was near a busy traffic intersection with noise. Good coffee downstairs though.
