When they claimed they do not provide room service to guests when we found out the toilet was clogged after checking in. They left us a toilet puncher and simply said you need to return it back to the front desk. The staffs were not friendly neither as I returned the toilet puncher to the front desk and complained to the deputy manger. Stay away cockroaches ! Disgusting hotel walked out without staying and had to fight for 2 weeks for the refundthey promised me there was cockroaches in my room!

Cockroaches and filth ! This hotel is disgusting! My room had cockroaches !! The staff was rude and nasty to us. We left without staying due to the filth and cockroaches and have yet to get our refund will be calling corporate again. No way I should be charged a two night stay when we did not even stay 1 hour. Safety concerns Staff was very friendly upon arrival and got me checked in fairly quickly. I gathered my things and headed to my room only to discover I had been checked into an occupied room. I immediately returned to the front desk for a new room but never really felt comfortable from that point on.

Great Area for the price! The area was perfect being the near the perimeter mall! However, the hotel staff was not friendly, the bathroom was not clean, and didn’t have a white tub so we couldn’t tell if it was actually clean or not.

The only thing I like about my stay is that it was cheap. I’ll never stay here again. The staff (housekeeping) is so unprofessional, my first room bath tub still had pubic hair in it. My room was changed, that room had dead bugs on the floor. One of the workers said she would have housekeeping come sweep the floor. Instead she kicked the dead bugs in the hall way. It was easy to get to a lot of stores. So disappointed that the hotel was so dirty and I have stayed in other Extended Stay places but no more after being in this place.
