You have very helpful, pleasant workers. The front desk lady was extremely helpful in getting my computer hooked up to your WiFi. We only have good things to say about the front desk staff. However, we were disappointed in the small things we take for granted when we stayed at other hotels, such as, only a third of toilet paper in the bathroom and also no hangers in the closet. Good price, but hallways smelled like dog poop or dirty diapers along. The smell wafted into my room.

Inadequate hotel standards Keke the guest services staff member was very rude and disrespectful. She did not know how to properly check me in nor did she see reservation for my entire prepaid stay. She threatened to call police because she was repeatedly talking over me. She actually rolled her eyes several times while speaking to me even after I showed her my hotel confirmation of the payment on my email. Just don’t stay here. Pay the extra few dollars for a different hotel, I promise it is worth it. This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen - we saw a cockroach in the kitchen within 5 mins of being in the room. Find another hotel to stay in.
