The property was near Childrens Hospital where we had to be for surgery in the morning. It was very convenient and the area was OK, but the room was NOT clean, ie. hair in the tub, spill on the counter, dirty toilet, etc. The management did respond, but the hotel was very busy and it was still not satisfactory.

Brackfast includes but only coffee and granola bar

No towels in the room and shower had yellow streaks on the wall.

A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! The room was dirty and smelled like urine. I went to Wal-Mart and brought cleaning supplies just to stay in the room. The bathroom was horrible,when cleaning the toilet it was black stuff under the seat and around the rim. When I asked for cleaning products like bleach, they gave me blue stuff in a cup. The tub and floor were nasty I wore shoes in the tub to take a shower. I asked for more sheets and blankets and was told they didn't have any because they were all dirty and she would bring me some ... read more

Room was dirty, no towels , hot room, TV bad picture.

This place was filthy funky nasty..i kept smelling mop water snd then saw a mop just laying on the wall..I walk in to view a room and walk quickly out and cancel my reservation.

I want my money back Horrible stay. The lady who checked me in took about 15mins to come down stairs, she had no idea there were people waiting to check in. Our room came with no pillow cases and the pillows were very nasty with yellow stains all around them, front and back. There was hair on our bed and crumbs on the floor. Before switching to another room, the front desk attendant wanted to see the room to confirm our complaint because she did not believe us.
