I was bothered they tried to cancel our rooms. The rooms where old and not clean so well one room smelled like Marijuana The staffed called me the day off trying to cancel my rooms and say something about they where booked due to the solar eclipse. They said I could get with Hotels.com to be relocated or so they could refund me. I advised I was not looking for none of those things I had already paid so they should honor my rooms. Bad We booked 4 days before our convention and the Saturday day we were going to enter they called me to tell me that they had sold my room. I told him that we travel frequently and this never happened to us and he very rude young man told us well always there first time I told him I want to talk to the manager to give me a other room and said that I had already left shift and couldn't do anything but they charged me for the room and we had to look for another hotel that day at 7:00 pm

Fair Requested front facing room, 1st floor prior to arrival. Not available upon my arrival. No waste/garbage can in room. Odd aroma used for the fragrance in the rooms and facility. Incense, hookah type smell. Fitness room remains closed. No more breakfast. I was given what seemed like a larger room than my last stay. Supposedly they have new management. There are new fees as well, i.e. linens. Might be a fee for waste/garbage cans. This time my room had a shower curtain.
