Disappointing
This was a horrible experience. I didn't like anything. No breakfast it was a lie. This was more of a two hour for $20 experience. Never again.

We didn’t end up staying because it was not conducive to our family. After booking a reservation for 6 people online for Didn’t seem like a safe area of town. Hallway smelled like smoke. Baby got super dirty after letting him crawl for only 20 minutes.

Bad
This hotel was overall bad and and not up to date or willing to be accommodating! There was no breakfast, they were closing the gym so we could not exercise, they didn't uphold their smoking policies and allowed people to smoke near the building. The drawer was broken and the whole carpet and some of the couch was badly stained. Sinks were also dripping and flooding a little out below of the cabinet. I was bothered they tried to cancel our rooms. The rooms where old and not clean so well one room smelled like Marijuana The staffed called me the day off trying to cancel my rooms and say something about they where booked due to the solar eclipse. They said I could get with Hotels.com to be relocated or so they could refund me. I advised I was not looking for none of those things I had already paid so they should honor my rooms. Bad We booked 4 days before our convention and the Saturday day we were going to enter they called me to tell me that they had sold my room. I told him that we travel frequently and this never happened to us and he very rude young man told us well always there first time I told him I want to talk to the manager to give me a other room and said that I had already left shift and couldn't do anything but they charged me for the room and we had to look for another hotel that day at 7:00 pm
