Decent place to stay for the price, could be a little cleaner though The rooms could be a little more cleaner. Really weird smell in the room, floors, doors, refrigerator and walls could use a good wipe down. Roaches were present. Friendly staff.

Bad bad bad Same as above Horrible service, cockroaches, broken furniture and no nothing worked(tv, phone, alarm). promised breakfast not available. Night manager was rude and condescending. Will never book again with booking .com. This hotel is a piece of trash and should not even have a rating

Roaches Staff was rude and there were roaches and dirt everywhere Nothing

Bad We showed up at 7pm and the staff was like sorry we dont have a room for yiu! Figure it out sorry, maybe we can give you a refund but yiu have to call Monday. No how can we rectify the stituation, no phone call, no text, no email saying we don’t have a room for yiu. It was basically figure it out next person in line. It went from Jordan, to assistant manager Melissa who both have horrible customer service and people skills!!! Never booking or staying at any of their properties again!!! Absolutley nothing!!

Bad Disgusting. Trashes were in the hallway. Once I entered the room, I smelled weed. Full of stains on the bedsheet and ashes. Only the price. I was cheap.

The staff was barely at the front desk they seemed like they didnt want to work here. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! It was dirty, the elevator was dirty, the suite was dirty, it had black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and dead roaches around, trash under the beds, barely any breakfast, weird neighbors. The whole place was falsely advertised.
