Locked Out My door lock wouldn't unlock when I arrived, and a staff member had to unlock it for me. They then replaced the battery. But the next evening, the same thing happened. What would have happened had I arrived back after the front desk closed at 10pm? Sleeping in my car? I know you get what you pay for, but basic maintenance is something that every hotel should offer.

No amenities- not even a trash can or bar of soap Very scary clientele

#BatesMotel The staff were friendly enough but i do not suggest this hotel to anyone. The first room they put me in was the most disgusting off putting space i have ever paid to wak in to. It was so bad i refused a 2nd room and left after getting a refund. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with my son.This hotel is for people with addiction and serious life issues.

I could not stay on the property. There was a power failure and they were closed when I arrived. To make things worse, I am asking for a refund and Expedia told me that I have to wait at least 72 hrs to get it. Very disappointing customer service

Do NOT trust that your reservation will actually be honored. Have a backup in case they overbook. At arrival from the airport we were told there may not be any rooms available even though we had reservations. Apparently there were 15 reservations for check in and only 5 rooms available! Several families came in that evening to a closed reception desk with a paper sign saying “sorry for the inconvenience”, and they could request a refund online. HORRIBLE!! I arrived at the hotel at 7pm and they stated they were booked and couldn’t get me in, even though I already had a reservation. They had the nerve to tell me that they only had 1 bedroom available but there is another couple on their way that called, so she couldn’t give me that one, even though I had a reservation already. Overbooked me, had no rooms and still charged me for the full stay. Then couldn't get a hold of anyone to help and was a fight when i did to get a refund.
Had to keep scooping up the cockroaches and putting them in the toilet to flush away. Killed around 50 during a 4 day stay, and those are just the ones that came out while I was there. They were hiding under the baseboard at the vinyl floor
