When I arrived to check in there was a sign saying they had no more rooms - despite the fact I had confirmation and had paid in advance via Expedia.The clerk was leaving for the evening and confirmed no rooms were available. He and his 3 friends were standing in the entryway laughing as he told us there were no rooms and telling us ‘good luck’,

Didn’t find the room we originally reserved and gave us a different room with same rate even tho it’s supposed to be cheaper , room dirty and smells bad , no shampoo, TV doesn’t work , windo doesn’t close .. horrible
