No lo recomiendo Ruidos innecesarios hasta altas horas de la noche. Hay que pagar por todo. Los cuartos tienen nevera, estufa, microondas. Pero para los utensilios para cocinar debes pagar extra. Solo limpian cada dos semanas los cuartos. No te dan toallas extras tienes que lavar tú las toallas, etc. Los cuartos tienen cucarachas. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien. Muchos homeless a fuera del hotel. Poco profesionales las personas que trabajan en el front desk.

This property is infested with roaches. We left after 1 night, they were everywhere

They post lower rates online and then up charge you when you check in and say the payment online is non-refundable. They then also claim a deposit of $100 and fraud you for “stealing a towel” to keep it. It is a shady business that needs to be taken down from Expedia.

I didn’t like it at all. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had stains there were roaches as soon as the lights were out. Outside you have basically a homeless camp in the parking lot. All around gross.

Cambio de tarifa Aparte de las condiciones basicas que cualquier hotel de paso ofrece la cual este es deficiente no me gusto que ne cambiaron la tarifa del valor que ustedes me ofrecieron en la app. Jamas volvere a ese lugar. O no se si sea tambien deficiencia de Hotels.com ya que trate de comunicarme con ustedes y jamas recibi respuesta

I never got to even stay here when I reserved and had to find a new place to stay last minute. Thankfully I was helped by Expedia to find a new place without additional charges of what I was going to pay for this location, but I was disappointed on how this place handled the situation and just hung up on me when I called to talk about the situation.

Wouldn’t Stay Again Unless I Absolutely Had To My stay made it obvious why this hotel is only 2 stars but I did at least expect to have soap to wash our hands and toilet paper upon arrival. I’d also expect there to be some staff available even after hours as most hotels do for any basic needs. We had to wait until morning to receive a roll of toilet paper.
