I paid for a room i didnt stay in and couldn't get my money back because of doing expedia and then upon checkin find out no rooms available and noone was working desk after hours therefore my room is didnt stay in was refunded
Angry They cancelled on me and i am almost stuck out without a hotel but find one but have to paid in 400 dollars so not very happy
The room was only cleaned with pine sol and the floors were not clean. Decided to stay at a different hotel after 10 minutes of being there and did not get a refund for the first or second night that was paid for
turned away during winter storm uri What stay they wouldn't even let me check in and they turned me out back into the cold during winter storm uri all because they didn't have running water honestly I could care less if they had warrant running water I needed the four walls to stay warm during the winter storm
Don't book here They gave away my reserved room and left us high and dry during the snow and ice issues in Austin Texas.
