The hotel was poorly managed. There was only one person working and she was cleaning rooms when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes for her to return to the front desk. Then she told us she had no reservation for us. She told us to go somewhere else. She seemed to have no support from her management. Not a good way to run a business.
Do NOT waste yout time or money This is by far the worst hotel/hospitality experience I have ever experienced. The entire hotel had a single worker for cleaning and front desk which led to me not being able to checkin until 5pm when check in is stated at 3pm. After getting checked in we go past the lobby door and are immediately greeted with several smells of Various drugs and other uncomfortable smells. Didn't end up staying. Frontdesk was terrible and rude not helpfulat all. The place was dirty and had a smell when walking into the lobby
Gave our room away and told me they were about to call me as soon as I was about to check in. Horrible
I didn’t get to stay. I’m still waiting on my refund. I got there 15 min before 11 and he said he had no more rooms and would have to cancel it because the system rolls over at 11. I was there before 11
