Disappointed I actually never got to stay here. They gave away my room and didn’t call me until later in the evening while I was in town on business and left me scrambling to secure other options. Mind you, this was graduation weekend and there is also a major event in Cedar Park that I came in for that was a mile from the hotel. Bad form.

The hotel was poorly managed. There was only one person working and she was cleaning rooms when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes for her to return to the front desk. Then she told us she had no reservation for us. She told us to go somewhere else. She seemed to have no support from her management. Not a good way to run a business.

Do NOT waste yout time or money This is by far the worst hotel/hospitality experience I have ever experienced. The entire hotel had a single worker for cleaning and front desk which led to me not being able to checkin until 5pm when check in is stated at 3pm. After getting checked in we go past the lobby door and are immediately greeted with several smells of Various drugs and other uncomfortable smells.
