I called and changed my reservation, the clerk took my information. I arrived on the new date, and the clerk told me that they had not done anything about my change and therefore needed to pay again. So I left, I will not use expedia or this hotel again.

This place is horrible. Extremely unorganized and had to wait around 30 mins for someone to get to front desk and give me the key for rooms. The keys were extremely stinky ( although I booked non smoking they gave me smoking room) I left the place after 10 mins and went to another hotel.

The property and room was disgusting. Upon arriving it reeked of cigarette smoke and drug use. The front check in clerk was smoking and our room was gross. Upon turning on the lights I saw cockaroches and upon examine the bedding my daughter noticed hair on the white sheet examine closer it was pubic hair. We were so disgusted and immediately left to get a refund. We waited over an hour attempting to get a hold of the check in clerk. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk and rhe metal gate closes off the window area. There was only one staff member there. A couple had been waiting for an hour for someone to return and had called the 1800 number several times to cancel their reservation. We waited for 20 for someone to return. Once she returned she checked us in immediately. When we wen back down twice that night to ask for another set of towels, the desk was closed off again. Half and Half The ladies at the Front Desk are awesome...But maintenance was not on site so I had to deal with no Heat in my room...also I told them there vacuum cleaner did not work due to the floor was filthy.

I did not like that the floors were FILTHY, the toilet kept refilling every 60 seconds or so, no TV and no phone
