Not so good experience Rooms were not so clean. Stovetop did not work. Cards were not working at Onsite laundry, only coins could be used. Guy at the reception could have done better.

Not welcoming customer service. Was told a room wasn't available for the night. Booked online same night for a high price.

I called and changed my reservation, the clerk took my information. I arrived on the new date, and the clerk told me that they had not done anything about my change and therefore needed to pay again. So I left, I will not use expedia or this hotel again.
