It was the worst experience. The stove broken, lights in bathroom out, & sheets were discussing. Slept on top of my clothes. Finally, after 2 days moved. Refused extension after being told all week no problem. During a busy time in the city, no room were available at the last minute unless i paid 200$ per night! Never again!

The experience was horrible! This is my second stay at a Woodbridge one in Houston and one in Austin and I guess it’s just a horrible company with horrible management. If I was selling crack it would be a perfect hotel to stay at. The tv was busted. Roaches in the room. Full size not even a queen bed. Hallways smell like smoke. No number on room keys. No breakfast. And to top it off there was a dead body in one of the rooms the night I checked in! Never again!!!

Stay Away! Hands down worst hotel experience ever! Arrived at 2:43pm Gentleman sat at counter at and DID NOT SAY ONE WORD until 3:00pm when I asked “May I check in now”. Arrived in my room, adjusted the blinds and they came completely out of the window! That’s correct entire blinds on the floor. There are no window coverings and there is a hotel in front and back of this building along with a medium size care wash adjacent...lights! lights! lights! I paid for 3 days, called and told them I would be arriving late. They said no problem. When I got there. They had no room for me. They gave away my room. I drove 3 hours trying to find a room. I will never book with them again. They had school buses full of kids. They sold my room for more.

Do not stay here if you can help it! I was not impressed at all. The lobby clerk didnt show up for about 30 minutes to check me in. The hotel was ridiculously dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The room was dirty, towels had hairs all over them, and the sheets looked like they were about 10 years old. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

People outside of hotel panhandling at all hours of the day. Made you feel unsafe. I also went to get on elevator and a employee got off and he had been smoking a E-cig.
