Do not stay here if you can help it! I was not impressed at all. The lobby clerk didnt show up for about 30 minutes to check me in. The hotel was ridiculously dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The room was dirty, towels had hairs all over them, and the sheets looked like they were about 10 years old. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

People outside of hotel panhandling at all hours of the day. Made you feel unsafe. I also went to get on elevator and a employee got off and he had been smoking a E-cig.

El personal de recepción terrible, mi reservacion era una hab en el area de NO FUMADORES y me dieron una en el area de fumadores porque no habían más según ellos, aparte parece un hotel de perros hay más perros hospedados que gente realmente un caos total

Laundry room was nice and The staff was nice and I didn't like or appreciate me being charged another night when I book through Expedia. And the was not up to par and the stove top was broken and they left the other guests things in room who stayed there before us and they seriously need to have who ever is doing housekeeping do there job correctly and the fridge was very dirty and the phone by the main entrance where you check in and out smelled like some bottom had touch the whole phone and I personally wouldn't recommend ... read more

The room was suppose to be single but gave 2 beds the microwave dirty and so was refrig called but got no answer

Toilet wouldn't flush even after using a plunger, carpet was filthy with pet odor, floors weren't swept, mopped, or vacuumed, microwave was dirty, pillows stained, shower walls were dirty, tub was dirty, mattress was uncomfortable, trash was left in trash can. Front desk clerk didn't care.

Bait and switch The hotel routinely smelled like mildew, and a lot of the people who were supposed be at the front desk, would be gone for 30-40 minutes at a time, and the service phone that was supposed to call them when they were gone, just rang to the empty front desk. I felt like I got a bait and switch situation with the room, which was far less nice than the pictures.
