Poor There is no front desk assistance. You have to call and wait for someone to show up if they answer the phone. They didn't properly charge for the room then the next day wanted to charge me more after the initial charge. The outside was trashy and trash cans running over onto the ground. I will never stay at this place again.

The property was ok, the room was dirty, smelled cigarettes even though it's supposed to be non smoking, the cook top was greasy, let front desk know i couldn't stay in the room like that, was told it was clean and fine. Am still trying to get a refund, girl told me a refund would have to come through here, customer service here said no it would come from the hotel. Very upsetting and will not be using that hotel or this app again.

We were travelling late and when we arrived the front desk was closed and we were told our reservations had been canceled. They gave us a new reservation at twice the price I was supposed to pay. I asked to cancel my second night since our travel plans changed and was told it was no problem but then they attempted to charge me for the second night. Overall poor communication.

Terrible This hotel is terrible. Room was dirty. I checked in and immediately checked out. Didn't even sleep there. Way to much shady traffic hanging out in the parking lot. Pass this one up or take your chances.

Appalling Treatment - Do Not Stay Here When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the two rooms that were booked had been cancelled that day by the manager because the hotel does not allow one night stays despite the fact this is what was booked through Hotels.com and confirmed. The receptionist said that the manager knew that it was possible to book one night online despite their policy but had not done anything about it.
