We did not stay. Staff member called as we were parking that they were booked and we need to find another place to stay.

Bad Experience. Never had such a bad experience. Lots of noise in corridors until midnight. Upon arrival office was closed and almost took half hour just to get room key. Had no record of online payment made by us to Hotels.com. Had to pay again. Once in room and after going to sleep, were called back to office saying we had illegally occupied the room. Had to go down to office to straightened out. Had to provide identification again.

Bad experience Bathroom was dirty. No hand towel. Only 2 towels. Charge for extra towels. No counter space in the bathroom. Maintenance was doing repair in the room above all night, making noise, couldn't sleep. I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone.

Poor There is no front desk assistance. You have to call and wait for someone to show up if they answer the phone. They didn't properly charge for the room then the next day wanted to charge me more after the initial charge. The outside was trashy and trash cans running over onto the ground. I will never stay at this place again.

The property was ok, the room was dirty, smelled cigarettes even though it's supposed to be non smoking, the cook top was greasy, let front desk know i couldn't stay in the room like that, was told it was clean and fine. Am still trying to get a refund, girl told me a refund would have to come through here, customer service here said no it would come from the hotel. Very upsetting and will not be using that hotel or this app again.

We were travelling late and when we arrived the front desk was closed and we were told our reservations had been canceled. They gave us a new reservation at twice the price I was supposed to pay. I asked to cancel my second night since our travel plans changed and was told it was no problem but then they attempted to charge me for the second night. Overall poor communication.
