The staff was ridiculous rude and boot and never apologize for the thing of apologize for the things that were wrong with the room and felt and felt like I was putting them out of their way for stuff that I needed is another way for stuff that I needed after I paid for the hotel it for the hotel would never go back to that place again

The lady in the front desk not inviting at all, lobby whole building smells like either dog pee or human pee! Idk but it stinks!!! Beds were hard pillows flimsy and blankets were thin! Did not enjoy my stay here at all!!!

Nobody at the front desk, had some room issues, front desk was closed all evening

Arrived to check in and was told they were sold out...despite the fact I had a paid reservation...horrible guest service...not even an apology...I need a refund

The first night I found a cockroach roaming around the room. The same night the neighbors in the next room were having a party and playing very loud music. No staff around to control the problem. The day of my check out, in Expedia my check out time was noon. They called me at 11am to tell me I had to leave the room. By 11:30 they were banging on the door and calling non-stop yelling at me to leave!! When I yelled back at them they called up the police!! Motel, not Hotel! Myself and my 15 year old daughter stayed here -BIG MISTAKE! Check in according to the website is 3:00. I arrived a little after (3:10) after driving for 4 hours. I was turned away from checkin and told to wait in my car (it was almost 100F outside, May) and they would call me.I looked around and saw 7 people waiting in their cars also. Save yourself headache and dont stay here Having traveled for work for the past 15 years i have stayed in multiple hotels This was the worst place i have ever stayed, room smelled of roach spray and was disgusting No amenities offered at all Smell of Marijuana in the hotel was horrible When contacted about it all staff had to say was no refunds given worst hotel stay ever

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM YOU AND THE SUITE! I booked on Thursday. I drove from Houston on Saturday morning to check in at 3p. When i git there I was told my reservation was canceled due to them not having any rooms. I was given no notice of the cancelation. I had three children with me and had to find another room and ended up paying double wbat Inwqs going to pay there! The person there did nothing to assist or offer accommodations.
