Save yourself headache and dont stay here Having traveled for work for the past 15 years i have stayed in multiple hotels This was the worst place i have ever stayed, room smelled of roach spray and was disgusting No amenities offered at all Smell of Marijuana in the hotel was horrible When contacted about it all staff had to say was no refunds given worst hotel stay ever

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM YOU AND THE SUITE! I booked on Thursday. I drove from Houston on Saturday morning to check in at 3p. When i git there I was told my reservation was canceled due to them not having any rooms. I was given no notice of the cancelation. I had three children with me and had to find another room and ended up paying double wbat Inwqs going to pay there! The person there did nothing to assist or offer accommodations. I checked in to stay 2 nights but left after the 1st night. My room was DISGUSTING. There was a strong smell of roach spray which I ventilated the room and thought nothing of, dropped my bags and left for the night. Came back and when it was time to get ready for bed noticed there was no shower curtain, cat litter all over the bathroom, pet hair & people hair on the linens, sticky chairs, dusty floors with more hair, NOISY guests and super loud highway noise. Checking in took approximately 45 minutes due to computer problems despite the clerks best attempts to move things along. Our first room had no shower curtain and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay. When I went to go report the problem the clerk was very helpful and provided us with a new room. However, that room hadn’t been cleaned at all - beds unmade, trash still in room, etc. It took another 30 minutes for her to verify which rooms were actually clean. Horrible place! For starters when I showed up there there was no one at the front desk and a fire alarm was going off I couldn't get anyone on the phone that they had in the office so I had to call on my cell phone and tell them that I was at the front desk and then they came down. The kitchen ette doesn't have any utensils or pots and pans you have to pay extra for those. The worst The hotel staff stayed in back room & preceded with the questions about my stay. The room was not clean and had dead bugs in it. Tried to take a shower but no shower head. Worst stay EVER😡. Called and went by office..... no luck

The room was way too small for extended stay of 27days. The bed was a dull size bed, not big enough for 2 people. The T.v went out for almost 4 nights! No reimbursements for it at all! The cops surrounded thebplace the first couple days we were there. Prostitution all around the area.....just disgusting.
