Disgusting!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Had to be moved rooms after the 1st night do you roaches crawling on us! Second room wasn’t much better. Tried several days in a row to reach the manager with no luck. I will be calling corporate for sure. There are a ton of hotels in the Round Rock Texas area! Definitely do not choose this one!

Truck was stolen from parking lot they do not have cameras on the outside of the building and they do not have insurance to cover anything

Dirty tv didn’t work I didn’t stay there went and got another room somewhere else

The are VERY sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and by doors at ALL hours. You're given TWO towels and if you need even 1 more, you have to pay for it. ZERO amenities and it is just a building and a parking lot. They didn't note at all that they are doing reconstruction in some rooms so the room next to us and above us were under construction all day, the entire weekend. Middle of the night with no room I arrived to check in about 11:30pm and was told that my reservation had been cancelled. I had a confirmation number, but the employee told me I should have been notified several days before and I was not. I ended up having to find another hotel at midnight and paid twice as much to get a room.

ZERO Customer Service The office/front desk person was not friendly, helpful, or customer service oriented. We asked about getting an extra set of towels before we went out for dinner, and she told us that the Housekeeper was busy, and to dial '500' when we returned from dinner. We followed her instructions, and when the Housekeeper answered the phone, she said "We're closed".
