Greasy Spoon Anyone?! It seems that because it’s a budget extended stay, the staff reasoned that it’s okay to budget their level of friendliness to, “if I move my face without a snarling expression, you should count yourself very lucky!” My room smelled like a busy, greasy-spoon cafe frequented by late night taxi cab drivers. Hopefully you are aware that we include room cleaning service every 14 days in the base rate, but more frequent service can be requested for an additional fee. We moved four different rooms. The cards did not work on two of the rooms and one of the rooms was covered in bugs. The final room was decently clean, but still could use some room for improvement.

We checked in and when we walked in the room it wasn't suitable for 2 adults. We weren't in the room not even 5 min and they didn't refund our money not even for the second night and they lied and said they would refund at least our second night. Expedia has been trying to reach and talk to the manager for 3 days now. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
