We moved four different rooms. The cards did not work on two of the rooms and one of the rooms was covered in bugs. The final room was decently clean, but still could use some room for improvement.

We checked in and when we walked in the room it wasn't suitable for 2 adults. We weren't in the room not even 5 min and they didn't refund our money not even for the second night and they lied and said they would refund at least our second night. Expedia has been trying to reach and talk to the manager for 3 days now. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Yuck! The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. We were told we’d be in a no -smoking room, but were put in a smoking room. There were some shady characters running around, and the cops even showed up one night. When my husband asked for an extra pillow, the woman working told him they didn’t provide extra pillows.

It’s a no The room and whole hallway smelled like mold, it was difficult for me to sleep with the smell. The room was not cleaned well either. Pubic hair in the shower & old food left in the microwave.

The check in staff were rude. The rooms are not stocked with the normal things such as bath soap and dishes for the kitchenette. The laundry machine card readers did not work and reportedly haven’t worked in a while. The entire hotel smelled liked cigarette smoke. The area was very dangerous looking and I did not feel very safe.

Well I got there for an 11 day stay and I was told they didn’t have room for me. So we had to drive around for 2 hours and stay at a dodgy hotel the first 2 nights. Reception was worthless and not friendly whatsoever.
