The worst I have seen Very unclean. Stayed 7 night and not for one day did they have my room cleaned. No fresh towels, no bathing soap.

Thank you for the feedback. We deep clean our rooms, including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains, between every guest and every two weeks for long-stay guests. Guests are notified, at check-in, of the day/approximate time of their scheduled cleanings. For more frequent cleaning, contact the front desk staff. They can help schedule those services and discuss pricing. I’m sorry you weren’t expecting this and were disappointed because of it.
Very old, lumpy mattress and pillows in room 331. ZERO amenities, not even the normal small bottle of shampoo.

When I arrived after a three hour drive I learned that they had cancelled my room even though I already paid for it and did not call or inform Expedia. The staff was very nice trying to help me figure my next step and lucky they told me to call Expedia and Expedia ended up putting me in a nice hotel. The hotel was dark and creepy but the staff was very friendly even after I witnessed them getting cussed out by a rude customer who’s rooms also had been cancelled (not those ladies fault and did not deserve such awful treatment... read more
