Terrible place even though it's cheap I felt like the hotel staff thought I was a criminal. They would give me extra towels unless I returned other ones (unneeded one for my hair and we had two people). They didn't have quarters for laundry. There was no gym or pool. The staff was always missing from the front desk. It's only worth $20'a night - that's the only way to justify the place. Beds are bad also. I really didn't like this place.

Very poor condition They are under staffed. No one at tge lobby to greet us. The receptionist is also the bell hop. The bedding was torn, toilet seat was filthy.

Don’t even bother taking a second look. My fiancé and I had to book a last minute hotel, we asked for a non smoking room because we don’t smoke and our allergies were already through the roof. Upon getting there the first thing you saw is what looked like drug dealers around the front of the hotel and “talking” to people at their car window. I went inside to check us in and was immediately slapped in the face by the smell of cigarettes. Bad Receptionist was super rude, plus she had some random people sitting in the fool of the lobby, cleaning ladies had no cleaned the restroom and when asked if the could please clean it they gave an attitude and ignored me.

Not a nice place to stay. Dirty elevator. Trash on floors in hallway. No sheets on bed ..moved to another room, smelled like cigarettes. Sheets present on bed, but wrinkled. Ironing board was out. Towels had stains. Trash underneath bed. If you have kids, leave them at home.

Staff is wonderful, facilities HELP!!! Staff are wonderful but unfortunately the room I stayed was not clean and there was a roach. The hotel needs a new face lift of improve completely the building.

Unhappy On our first night we stayed on the South sideside of Round Rock which was great. The folloing night we stayed in room 339 on the north side of Round Rock. This was was dirty. Pillow had blood stains on it and room was very smelly. We had to ask to get an other rm. 203. door on refrigerator wound not close due to too much ice in it. The clerk said oh yeah we have several like this all frozen.....
