No longer impressed by this hotel chain The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly at this location compared to other extended stay locations I’ve stayed at. The room really wasn’t clean including the refrigerator, nightstand & there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain. The tv remote didn’t work as well & it’s sad someone pays their hard earned $ on a room and can’t get their moneys worth. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WENT TO THE HOTEL AND EVERYONE WORKING OR AROUND LOOKED LIKE THEY WAS ON DRUGS.I CHECKED IN AT 3:00PM AFTER WAITING 1 1/2 HRS FOR ROOM.WHEN I OPEND THE DOOR EVERYTHING WAS ON THE BED AND FLOOR,NOTTING HAD BEEN DONE,BEER CAN,DRUG ACTIVE,SEX AND YOU NAME IT.I WILL NOT BE USING YOU GUYS AGAIN.REFUND
Most of the time was out of coffee in the morning Most of the time The Load Up Cart was missing. Had Only 1 for the entire hotel?? Huge crickets all over the rugs and dirty washroom
Averase cheap motel It felt and smelt kind of damp or mouldy when we first entered. Like the bed could have been sticky but it wasn't type of feeling. The carpets stained and the bathroom didn't seem fresh, and at night little bugs appeared on the counter.The bed wasn't very comfortable either Id gave it a 5 rating. The only cool thing is that there was a stove and sink and microwave, but that's all really. No room service.
I ARRIVED TO HOTEL AND THEY HAD NO OPENINGS AT ALL WHATSOEVER, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT BILLING THEY SAID MY CARD WOULD NOT BE BILLED BUT I AM WORKING WITH MY BANK NOW TO SEE ABOUT REFUNDING... NEVER BOOKING EXTENDED AGAIN
