Will never stay there again. Had to wait for person to "come down" to check us in after 10pm. Was supposed to have a King bed...barely a full. For a "suite room" there were no supplies in kitchen except a cutting board. No hair dryer . no bathroom items except one hand bar of soap. I have stayed at Woodspring before and has always been great.

The room smelled like fried food and old lady. The floors were nasty and had not been swept. The water never got got.

COCkROACHES. All over the walls and in the bathroom. Place is incredibly dirty and no one seemed to care. They said they would come up and spray the room but that was all they offered to do. Do not stay here at any cost.

Never stay here Cockroaches everywhere in the hotel. I just left the hotel and booked at an alternative hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

This property has no staff on-site except a couple hours a day which was weird to me, you cannot get clean linens after 7pm, the place is so dirty and has a terrible smell. The location is awful and the groups of people that this specific location attracts is unsafe and very worrisome. We will never stay at a WoodSpring again.
