Can’t connect tv to WiFi to use any kind of Netflix,Hulu, etc. had 3 channels, remote didn’t work , had to get a new one and it still didn’t work. Someone pulled fire alarm and everyone had to go outside to get away from noise. Beds are uncomfortable. The only good thing about our stay is that it’s clean. That’s it.

Location was dingy and smelled. No ice in the refrigerators

ITS GIVING MOTEL 6 It took me an extra 30 minutes to check in because they didn’t have the room cleaned so I checked in about 340. I was OK with the fact that they told me I was gonna have to use the key multiple times because the way their locks were not properly installed. When I got in the room, the refrigerator has a disgusting orange corrosion. I guess that the tub had as well. There was no shower curtain on the tub. It is illogical that you go and ask when they are going to clean your room and they tell you that there are no cleaning services but you need towels and things for personal use and they tell you that you must pay for that

My stay was absolutely horrendous. I was locked out my room for over 3 hours due to no one being at the front desk. I called the number to notify someone my key was not working it took them three hours to give me a key, then after I got my key it was the malfunction of the door. I will not ever stay there again!!!!

Dirty toilet that had a dead bug, hole in the wall, broken smoke detector, dressers had old food stuck in them, the walls had food stuck on them,air conditioner didn’t work properly and my door I didn’t find out until my last night NEVER locked so when I left anyone could’ve came in and waited on me. I did not read the reviews and was the biggest mistake. Worst hotel I ever been. Wish I could insert pictures.
