I didnt like the work crews partying out back til 2 am. I didnt like my room being dirty. I didnt like the spotty room keys
Que no abia cuartos limpios y por lo tanto no estaba mi resepcion yo llegue a las 11:30 pm pero el de resepcion me dijo que el me aria el favor de de limpiarlo porque no abia trabajadoras de limpieza me cobro $100 por que el lo limpio lo tube que pagar por cash app
I paid for the room on this site in which I got there no rooms were available.. I demand a refund he said I’m not in the system and no rooms
When I arrived at the hotel, they said they only had dirty rooms and none available, even though I had already paid for the room. I could not find another room in the city and had to drive for an hour. This experience makes me doubt Hotels.com. And I probably won’t use again.

Never stay here No room was available when I got there even though I paid in advance on Hotels.com. Front desk was locked and had to use lobby phone. She was so rude.

We were never able to check in. At 6:30 p.m. approximately 30 minutes before we were to arrive (after a 5 hour car trip), the hotel called to tell us that there were no rooms and our reservation was cancelled.
