VERY UNHAPPY!!!!! They gave away my rooms!!! I had to find another hotel at 1am. I need all of my money refunded!!!

i didnt like the beds or the room at all, plus there was no serfvice staff around. there was not one pillow in our room and it was not very clean

I had a room reserved, but basically the hotel gave my room to someone else and told me that the room had been canceled. This was a very ugly situation because the area was sold out. I had traveled all day only to get to a location and not have a room. Extremely disappointing.

No after hours check-in at front desk!! Took 30 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk!! Took almost 2 hours to get a room and owner was unwilling to accommodate the inconvenience that was not my fault whatsoever!! Finally, after 2 hours of waiting, they finally offered a solution, but wasn’t what we needed!! Will never be back!!! Never, ever experienced anything like that anywhere!!

Very basic but clean. The light and fan over the stove was not functional. They charged for us of utensils. Kinda cheesy
