The initial room toilet wouldn't flush. Move to the next door roomand the shower head popped off and almost st4uck me in the head. The front desk mishandled my entire payment. Just a nightmare!

Never Again! Wow! Don't go in with high expectations. This location is extremely short staffed. The check in process was hectic and took too long due to not enough staff and she literally said that they were double booked. It has no breakfast facilities available, no shower curtain, no coffee pot in rooms, not even samples of shampoo or conditioner. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!! They gave away my rooms!!! I had to find another hotel at 1am. I need all of my money refunded!!!

i didnt like the beds or the room at all, plus there was no serfvice staff around. there was not one pillow in our room and it was not very clean

I had a room reserved, but basically the hotel gave my room to someone else and told me that the room had been canceled. This was a very ugly situation because the area was sold out. I had traveled all day only to get to a location and not have a room. Extremely disappointing.
