Never knew there are no elevators. Had to drag my things to 3rd floor. If you drink coffee you better bring your own pot. They don’t serve in the lobby and they ran out of coffee pots for the rooms. So I had to get my own coffee pot.

ot great! Old place, no breakfast or coffee in the room or lobby (said is was because the pandemic, but they could have done something)dogs barked until 11:00 (management just laughed and said they should have moved me to a different wing, no fresh towels (even after asking for them). Not a good stay.

Don't stay at extended stays in Birmingham. The staff is very rude at all locations.

Very noisy place more like a boarding house than a hotel

This was the worst hotel my family and I have ever visited! There was dried blood on the mattress of pullout sofa. crumbs left on table in room. The heat did not work. I slept fully clothes w/ a fur vest and leather jacket and woke up sick! It was absolutely dreadful!!! I used to live in this area years ago ; and made the mistake of assuming all of the hotels would be nice. I was terribly mistaken!!! Never again!!! When the hotel worker got sheets for the mattress that we had to flip over there waa a tissue in the sheets.
