New construction, relatively clean. However this property is being used for emergency housing/homeless shelter. You won’t be hard pressed to find 6 plus people living per room long term, no shortage of five minute or less transactions in the parking lot after 1am and unenclosed trailers in the parking lot loaded with peoples stuff. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come and check me in and in that time I witnessed 10 transactions unfold in the parking lot. When I arrived to the property there was trash outside of the hotel. I also did not have any wash lickings in my hotel room either. The walls were very thin and I have to listen to the people above me stump constantly on the floor. I also had to breathe in cigarette smoke for the two nights o was there due to the rom either above me or on the side of me smoking. I’m never going to this hotel again, It was an awful experience.

Not the best Weekend staff are not friendly. They seem overworked and tired. They don’t exude a professional demeanour and seem botherEd by requests and Questions. Also too much foot traffic in the lobby. Felt like a motel 6 more than a mid grade hotel.

Bed was very uncomfortable pillows as well, tv acted up most of the time, most of the hotel smelled like weed, clocking and trash
