The hotel apparently new, the room is dirty specially the floor.Around the hotel is dirty the hotel staff does cleaning the cigarettes or dogs poops. The staff needs to know how greeting the guest. Smell soo bad inside. The a/c makes a lots of noise , has no blackout on the windows . Was a bad experience.

There is no maid service. No clean towels daily. No continental breakfast. It is not a 3 star hotel. The only good thing was that the room was clean when we checked in. We will not be staying there again.

Horrible experience at woodspring hotel Deerfield This was my first time at this hotel and not a great experience. Front desk staff is nice but hardly there. My shower drain was clogged I called front desk no one answered , I left a voicemail and no response and it was early afternoon and it didn’t get fixed!!! Then the fire alarm went off around 3:30 am and there was no apologies / reasons for it!

I stayed at this property twice. The first time the conditions of the rooms was standard and the price was good. My last stay was Awful. The room was not clean. The floors where mast with stains. The tub had soap scum and hair, and toilet wasn’t clean.

Saw a tiny roach on the desk. Tiny means infested. Did not like that.

Thank you for your comments. We take suspected pest sightings very seriously and take swift action to be sure our property stays bug-free. Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. We are distressed that you got such a bad impression of our hotel we are sorry for disappointing you.

Horrible service. No thank you, good morning, pleasant trip or anything of the sort unless you tell them first. Even at check out I didn't get a thank you. No amenities are given at all. You have to request everything at the front desk. One of our cards didn't work and instead of fixing it we had to keep asking them open the front door for us. Don't believe what you see on the website or read. The only positives were most of the room was clean, except tub and they allow pets.
