Not Impressed Have to telephone to receive check in personal, room key did not work- had to go back down, room looks notbing like the Hotels.com ad (looks more like a milirary room).

The lobby smelled strongly of bleach and cleaning products but once I entered the hallway to the rooms the smell of smoke hit me. The room was very poor. A spring bed that made so much noise I could hardly sleep. I couldn’t turn in the bed it was so small. Room quality was very poor. No breakfast offered at all. Not worth the price.

The office staff was great except for one employee who was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He was so rude and racially profiled me from the start. He should be terminated as I witnessed him having relationships with guests that was clearly about drugs and human trafficking.

No one came No one available to check me in..l stood in the lobby for 45 mins waiting for a response..Your csr called as well..please process the cancellation and l would expect a awsome discount if l ever use your services again..Thanks

never received housekeeping and I was there for a week. The front desk ladies were very rude when asking for assistance and advice.

I was there for 8 days for 5 of them days I had to sleep on a broke bed. Then I asked them to fix the fan in the room twice and it never was fixed. The front desk lady was more concerned with her phone then the guest concerns. This is absolutely one of the worst experience I have had at a hotel.
