The property was very poorly maintained and the room we stayed in was full of bugs and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The front desk person always seemed to be missing even during the supposed front desk hours and it would take almost 30 minutes of being on the phone before she would return. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this was by far the worst.

I would NEVER stay here I didn't stay, but Thank God I didn't. My customer service experience with them was AWFUL to say the least.

Wouldn't recommend The bed frame was cheap and made a lot of noise I saw multiple roaches while I stayed there one crawled from my suitcase (and no I don't personally have roaches) also my family and I were watching a movie and a roach decided to crawl on the wall and watch a movie with us. During the night I could barely find a staff member I would have to call but one night I had to contact corporate just for me to get service for extra blankets and they never arrived.

We are an extended stay and our front desk may not be open 24 hours but we do have someone on call during these times and they can be reached from the lobby phone in the instance of an emergency. If we had known about these issues during your stay we would have been happy to relocate you to another room. Again we apologize for your dissatisfaction.
a place for hookers and Johns Waited 3 hours just to get checked in. Place was very ghetto and dirty. Roaches in the front lobby, as well as rooms. Bathroom was dirty. Bad experience all around

Not Impressed Have to telephone to receive check in personal, room key did not work- had to go back down, room looks notbing like the Hotels.com ad (looks more like a milirary room).

There is not enough space here to tell everything that i disliked about this hotel. Just a few; nasty, smelled horrible, scary.
