The staff were very nice but the hotel was not very good - the shower and sink both clogged up took forever to drain - there were roaches in the room

This hotel is infested with roaches, the paint, furniture, etc. is up to date and fairly nice but i splatted at least 20 roaches and 15 of them was the little baby roaches smh. Id like to rename this place to woodspring sour!!!

There were roaches in the kitchen area, and we specifically chose this hotel in order to cook due to our specific diets.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE My sheets were extremely filthy with wrinkles from a previous stay, hair was all over, and it had a stain. The floor had not been swept, because there were dead water bugs and dust all over. I went up front to let the clerk know that I needed new sheets and He was rude in telling me it’s after hours, there was no room service, and he was changing them. Lobby was locked at check out - roaches everywhere - looked like feces was on the floor, and not cleaned up well. Will not be staying here every again.
