On check in (it was late) the front desk person was great and prompt. However when we got to our room it wasnt made up yet. Sheets were off the bed and there was still trash in a giant trash bag. We went downstairs and they got us another room. This one the door was slightly open and we had trouble locking it our entire stay. The bathroom door handle was kicked in and didnt work. The front desk closed at 7. Only one towel and couldnt get more because the front desk was closed at 7pm. We killed a large bug that was climbing up the wall. The pillows were sorry and the bed wasn't comfortable at all.

Wood spring review Took quite a while to check in. Not sure if they had my on-line reservation. Vibe mixed, some a little creepy, some good. Place was not up to date, but pretty clean. Elevator had strong smell of cigarette smoke which was not pleasant. Got back late to find two police cars parked outside, a little unnerving.

The staff were very nice but the hotel was not very good - the shower and sink both clogged up took forever to drain - there were roaches in the room

This hotel is infested with roaches, the paint, furniture, etc. is up to date and fairly nice but i splatted at least 20 roaches and 15 of them was the little baby roaches smh. Id like to rename this place to woodspring sour!!!
