Not at all what I thought it would be. Any when we got in extremely late/early in the morning due to car issues (of which we did call them) we were still charged for the night even though it was the next day. They’re also good at nickel and diming you for everything.

Not the best Place smelled like weed throughout the hallways and elevators. People were hanging outside of the hotel and was being let in by the people staying there. You have to pay a fee to get room device, plates, utensils, cookware, an iron, ironing board just to name a few which most hotels at least give you an ironing board and iron. Overall the stay was subpar at best.

Scary I didn’t stay... felt like unsafe environment.. homeless people, that I assume we’re staying there we’re hanging around lobby and outside! Crazy acting and unclean people... Didn’t feel safe leaving my car parked in lot... I’m a male and not usually uneasy, but I got the creeps about this place... would like a refund even though it was non-refundable!! This place needs to be closed down for good It was horrible roaches in sink floor was dirty only 2 towels went to lobby it was closed couldn’t get more towels. No hair dryer for wife no Ironing board and iron. They said it was upon request well I lobby was shut down how do you request. People walking in and out of door putting a stick to prop door open. Absolutely never stay here again. Me and my wife travel a lot worst experience ever. We tried to cancel our reservation go somewhere else lobby shut down.

Avoid. Unclean. Not sanitary. Do not stay here. Horrible stay. I left upon entering room. Roaches and hairs were occupying the room instead. Not sanitary conditions. Not clean. This place should be investigated by DHEC. I want my money back. I was forced to reserved in another hotel.

Wouldn’t recommend for anyone to to consider staying at this particular hotel. While it may seem nice, cleanliness is poor and service is unreliable.

Horrid Woodspring Suites Roaches in Room, Used Toilet Roll, Dirty Room, Squeaky Bed. WoodSpring Suites is the last resort if you plan on going to Charleston!
