Never Stay Terrible experience. 1. No elevator, I'm 79 yrs. old, had to use stairs. 2. No Ice Machine, no cont. breakfast, no close by food. 3. No kitchen items: plates, cups, utensils, bowls, etc., 4. offered ice trays and hot plate for instant coffee. 5. No TV remote in room, desk could not find one. 6, Squeaking noise from ceiling.

No room. No stay. Card charged. I did not stay at all. I got there and there were no rooms available. I booked the room 10mons before arriving at the property and the booking was confirmed, so I was sure I had a room and was highly disappointed when I found out I didnt. To add matters worse, they charged my card for a stay/services I did not receive. Completely unacceptable. I hold hotels.com completely responsible.

Horrible stay at extended stay America The hotel room smelled horrible of mildew and stale cigarette smoke. In fact the entire facility reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no elevator the room didn’t look to clean. The stove top burners were rusted and the oven was coated and burnt inside. There was black mold around the showers/tub cigarette burn marks on the bathroom sink. The pull out sofa bed was stained up and had burn marks on the arms.
