The overall condition of the property was unkept, the room smelled of smoke, but was a smoke free environment. The front desk reception was good, ( Ebbi) was very helpful.

The room was clean and spaceous also liked having a full kitchen. Front desk staff were courteous

Ebbi You're The Best Ebbi at the front desk was very amazing, for this to be her first week she has made a lasting impression on me and I will be back just for the service Ebbi provided she was just so amazing and helpful she may not have but I felt like she went above and beyond for me I will be back. The worst stay ever Never again , the smell of marijuana and smoke in the hallways gave me a splitting headache , i do not recommend

Room very clean. Set too cold when we arrive, handicap entrance needs repair, need better way for handicapped to get to breakfast area from 1st floor. Called for coffee pot, got it, no problem but no basket for the packets.

We arrived to find out that the the room that I had reserved and paid for in advance was not available. The person at front desk was not helpful, unapologetic and had no recourse to offer. He was not even able to contact the manager directly, there was no night manager....it was all very frustrating after a long day of driving to arrive in this situation. I had to call Expedia client service to find out what could be done. It was completely unacceptable.
