Floor of the first room was sticky. once I was able to get a coffee maker it blew out two plugs and the refrigerator. Then they moved me to another room. it had carpet but the carpet was still sticky. i woke up the next day and realized I had no coffee cups or cream and sugar. The good news is I didn't get bedbugs. Also, the girl working at the front desk was very nice and did all she could. Emma or Edde was her name. Good customer service. But she can't fix dirty or broken facilities.

There is nothibg to like. This is like a flop house. The smell of smoke is over powering. My clothes in my suitcase snell like smoke. Never been in a place like this.

Not for me Unfortunately, given someone else’s room at check in. The TV did not work. The air was warm at best. Bed uncomfortable, trash everywhere outside the location and within the halls. Stayed in better for 70 dollars.

I would not recommend this hotel and suggest it be deleted from your hotel lists. I did not feel secure in this hotel and departed the next day. The room options were limited even though I booked the reservation at least one week out and the second room offered was inhabitable. There was a large red stain on the carpet which did not look like kool-aid/fruit punch. The room I received was very basic for a suite-style accommodation. There weren't any hangers in the room. it was our expectation that the extended stay was a place with the kitchen and cooking equipped with pan, plate , bowl, ..... but to our surprise that was nothing at all in the kitchen. not even a cup or glass to get water. When we asked for them we were told that we should have asked for them at the check-in time. No coffee make, no cup, .... when we asked for coffee make and coffee bags, the response was sorry we don't have any more, all are taken already. Needs Renovation Hotel needs renovation..no elevator...dishes were delivered to me incomplete and dirty with hair in the colander...the front desk staff were very friendly but this hotel needs alot of help ..I do not plan to return

The overall condition of the property was unkept, the room smelled of smoke, but was a smoke free environment. The front desk reception was good, ( Ebbi) was very helpful.

The worst stay ever Never again , the smell of marijuana and smoke in the hallways gave me a splitting headache , i do not recommend

We arrived to find out that the the room that I had reserved and paid for in advance was not available. The person at front desk was not helpful, unapologetic and had no recourse to offer. He was not even able to contact the manager directly, there was no night manager....it was all very frustrating after a long day of driving to arrive in this situation. I had to call Expedia client service to find out what could be done. It was completely unacceptable.
