The location is perfect if one has to get to the airport, & is not far away from downtown Chattanooga, The bed was comfortable, the facility clean, The room/kitchen had no coffeepot nor coffee/tea or dishes/pots/pans/silverware. Wake-up service was 20 minutes too early, kind of bad when one has to get up at 5 AM, It would be nice if there was something available to eat - a danish or something - for those who have to get up before breakfast is served. No shuttle to Airport We stayed here on the night before an early morning departure from Chattanooga Airport - it was inexpensive, very basic, and adequate for an overnight stay before flying home...... but we ended up paying for an expensive taxi to and from the airport, even though it was just a mile away. We assumed they would have shuttle service, and regret not having checked beforehand.

It had easy access to the highway at two different exits (on same highway). Well maintained, friendly staff. Compared to one other extended stay I have been at the availability of additional linens, the quality of the breakfast, and the external amenities (no pool here) was reduced.
