We arrived late after our flight was canceled. Regina was very pleasant and helpful.

Convenient to the airport, was the best thing. It is an extended stay but basic hotel amenities are missing. Had to pound on locked front door to get a key. (Flight arrived after midnight) no coffee in the room. Breakfast to go was only available for a short time

Not That Impressed. Check in was easy and clerk at front desk was very friendly. She told us that there was a grab and go breakfast in the office from 6:30 to 9:30. I figured it would be donuts or fruit. We went into the office at 8:30 and all that was there was coffee. It didn't look like there had been anything but coffee. The clerk was on the phone and ignored us completely. Also, I realize that being an extended stay, why there wouldn't be dishes, but a couple plastic cups would have been nice. The location is perfect if one has to get to the airport, & is not far away from downtown Chattanooga, The bed was comfortable, the facility clean, The room/kitchen had no coffeepot nor coffee/tea or dishes/pots/pans/silverware. Wake-up service was 20 minutes too early, kind of bad when one has to get up at 5 AM, It would be nice if there was something available to eat - a danish or something - for those who have to get up before breakfast is served. Like most hotelers, they give third party customers the worst rooms; a 3rd story facing the freeway and they had not wake up calls. Plenty of cockroaches around the stairs and open trash can.
