Inconsiderate given the error Arrived at midnight to find they didn't have a room to accommodate me eventhough I had a reservation. The night staff put a typed note on the door and didn't offer to help me find other accommodations. I will never book.this hotel again if I can help it. The other one I stayed in was dirty...the trash hadn't been emptied prior to my arrival and there was a smoker in my non-smoking room. As well as my room being directly next to smoking rooms/hallway. ok not so bad The place looks nice on the outside but the inside looks like a college dorm. I was informed by a guy who stayed there not to get a room on the 3rd floor but that's all they had so I went on and got it . It wasn't that bad just really smoky. Nice spacious rooms with stove, refrigerator,and microwave. Nice for college students.
So bad-indescribable Dead bugs in light, laminate strips gone, stains on chairs, toilet leak, bathroom outlet inoperable, bathroom door warped-would not close - JUST TO NAME A FEW. Dresser drawer would not close. Sticky, sticky floor. Towels extremely thin and very small, holes in bath mat. Nothing, not one thing provided-no blo dryers, no dishes, pots/pans, toaster, NO ESSENTIALS, for an extended stay. I would avoid this one The inconvenience of going to the front desk for every little thing that you need is not what I was looking forward to. The complimentary breakfast only includes grab and go stuff, not what you look forward to in the morning. The hotel was also short on toiletries including conditioners and body lotions. My room was next to the house laundry for the hotel and received a lot of noise from across the wall. House keeping is once a week, so if you need fresh towels and toiletries before your daily shower, ... read more
We will NEVER stay at that hotel again It was the WORST stay at an hotel we ever had.
This hotel was cold throughout, phones didn't work, no dishes was in the room, bathroom light didn't work, workers never brought blankets and towels to our room, worst hotel I have ever been too!!!

For an extended stay hotel had no.dish wear or pots or pans to cool with hotel.did not even have a ice machine maker in the room or on site. I had plan on cooking dinner for my wife hotel had no.cooking supplies at all i had to.go.out and buy ice and cups and order food out was not expecting for a.place that had a kitchen in the rooom
