The hotel is old and in need of updates. Room had a kitchen in it with no plates etc to use in unit. Room was in need of updates and tv was small. The so called breakfast was some granola bars and muffins

I arrived at the room and the pillows had no cases. I was given cases not new pillows. As I fliipped one of the pillows to put the new case on it look like 1/4 was covered in dried blood. Room wasn't overly clean. Ran out of breakfast, cups and coffee. Overall poor. Bloody/chocolate/coffee stained pillow was the death nail.

I need a refund I booked on Hotels.com and paid for a room after midnight in July 19th in the amount of $70.24! Upon arrival... Things seemed to have moved simply enough, I checked in and received two keys for room 338! As soon as I arrive in the room, I notice that the toilet needed slight repairs. Property was run down, way too many SHADY people hanging around. Rooms, Check in area, whole facility was out dated, dirty, and very much out of date.

It was AWFUL. This is the first time we have ever walked out of a hotel. The front door area was dirty and run down. Inside was not any better, it was dirty, old and smelled like weed. The elevator had a ripped poster in it, numerous stains on the carpet and the ceiling. I understand budget, but cleanliness is never negotiable. The room was old and dirty.
