The rooms were old, smelled of smoke. The pillows were nothing and the bed was made from springs that stick in my back. I was afraid to put my feet on the floor or touch anything. The halls seemed like they were not cleaned for weeks. The breakfast consisted of store brought muffins (unhealthy) and coffee. Never go back again

I was unable to check in as the hotel was overbooked. The concept of reservations isn't that difficult, hard to believe Orbitz can't get it right.
I didn't like anything. The property was poorly cleaned in places that it could be cleaned there was a lot deterioration in places. You had to go to the front desk just to get a drinking cup or kitchen utensils etc which was a ridiculous walk they should have at least bought the items to your room. We had to switch rooms and the second room wasn't much better than the first. I had different issues with each room we were in. There was absolutely nothing good about the property. Completely and utterly dirty and filthy.
