Some items didn’t works, no screen in window, had to wait for hours and hours for new towels needed service always got run around

The hotel smelled like marijuana, the staff was rude, the decor was falling off the wall, it was noisy and extremely dirty to the point where I could not sleep under the covers. The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to

Great location. That's about all they offer! The shower didn't work. How is it possible you can be in a great central location and have a room with no working shower. That ruins it all!

Misslead advertised breakfast, only coffee and cheep muffins. People always , hanging around outside smoking.

Its probably the worst Extended Stay hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was actually very clean but the staff was horrible. When i got my room, there weren’t any towels so i called the front desk and they told me to go get them. The tv didn’t work. I stayed for 2 nights and after the first night i stayed there my room key didn’t work anymore so i had to go all the way down to get it reprogrammed. It was just a bad experience overall
