AWFUL EXPERIENCE The hotel was dirty, the manager's attitude was awful. I asked for extra towel, her response was "we dont have extra towel but I can give you a dirty towel".I found pubic hair in the tub. The entire hotel smelled like smoke. I reserved a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. There was smell of marijuana all over the hotel. That hotel needs to fire the manager and clean that place. I have travel all over and never seen anything so nasty.

Incompetent management and nasty accommodations I booked two rooms and when I got there they only had me down for one and blamed it on HOTELS.COM. This was a full wknd and I had a hard time getting another hotel. No one offered anything for their error and I ended up booking another location 30 minutes away and then they didn’t know how to refund my money and I had to call my bank to put a dispute on the account. The entire property smelled like cigarettes! The remote was missing and I called the front desk. She told me I needed to come to the front desk to get a replacement. The replacement was in the package and I had to figure out how to program it. Pillows were missing from the very uncomfortable bed! Never going back!

Worst beds -ever! Very bare bones. Beds sucked and someone tried to enter our room at 3:00 am (scared us to death). Beds sounded broken and woke with a very sore back (unusually) won’t do that again!

Don’t stay here unless you want a contact high! This is NOT your average hotel. Do not expect someone to be on staff at the front desk 24/7 because they are not. The website says this location is 100% smoke-free that is 100% inaccurate. I did ask for a smoke-free room but the smell of Skunk-weed Marijuana was so overwhelming in the building and especially on my floor that it left the most horrible stench in our room and the entire hotel. Our room was clean but I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Extended Stay with Section 8 Families This place was presented as a step above a motel, however this is at best a 1 star motel. It is an extended stay with section 8 families living there. Beds were terrible and A.C. was loud! Stear clear of this place...shame on hotels.com for mis-representing this place!

Not what I expected. I stayed in a room with a kitchenette. The kitchen did not have any cooking utensils, silverware, cups or pots/pans. When I inquired about this at desk. I told that they sell those items there. This would have been good information to have prior to booking the room. I also inquired about clean towels from housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping only comes every 2 weeks! I was able to exchange my dirty towel for clean ones, if I brought them up to front desk. Overall, the stay was not what I expected.
